I was fortunate to be raised in Central Pennsylvania by two caring and selfless educators who instilled in me early on the values of accountability, pride in one’s work, and serving others. Those principles became the foundation for my career in the construction industry.
My first experience in construction started in high school working hands-on in the field—digging ditches, pouring concrete, and helping with drywall for a local home builder. That early exposure sparked a passion that led me to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University and a Master’s in Construction Management from Drexel University.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many sectors of the industry and eventually became a principal of a Philadelphia-based construction management firm in 2015. What began as a small operation grew into a firm collaborating with some of the Mid-Atlantic’s most influential development companies on award-winning projects in Philadelphia.
Those experiences ultimately led me to start Conodoguinet Construction Management (CCM), with the goal of creating a firm focused on reducing conflict, aligning vision, and delivering successful outcomes for everyone involved in a project.
