Working in tandem with home owners and architect/engineer team, starting from the initial purchase of the property, CCM was able to strike a balance between budget and layout without requiring the home owners to sacrifice finish or aesthetic anywhere in the home to align with end goals. The collaborative project delivery method allowed the initial schedule to be compacted (even with increased scope of work) and have the family enjoying the winter holidays in their new home.
